Mission City Center for Performing Arts (MCCPA)

Located at the intersection of Calabazas Blvd and Monroe St. this state-of-the-art theater features lighting, stage, backstage, A/V equipment, and audience seating. This is an excellent space for performances and rehearsals, as well as corporate events and seminars. Rooms that are also included in this package are Concessions, Lobby (with Restrooms), Control Room, Green Room, Dressing Room, and Black Box. Audience seating capacity is 355 and stage capacity is 285.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IF YOUR REHEARSAL FALLS ON A THURSDAY OR FRIDAY BETWEEN 3:00-11:00 P.M. THE FEES WILL BE ADJUSTED TO THE REHEARSAL RATES UPON APPROVAL



Refund / “No Show” Policy
Should you need to cancel a reservation a refund of deposits and fees will be paid according to the following schedule less any actual costs incurred by the Center. No refund will be paid should the Performing Arts Center lose a perspective renter due to your booking.
 

More than 30 days notice – 100% of security deposits and rental fees

● 15 to 30 days notice – 50% refund of security deposits and rental fees
● 10 to 15 days notice – 25% refund of security deposits and rental fees
● Day of to 10 days notice – No refund
