Description
Conference room is an excellent space for any meeting or small conference. This space is equipped with tables and chairs, and a projector and screen for presentations.

Amenities Needed:
Active Panel and Microphones are existing amenities in the Conference Center.
If any Technology is needed in the Conference Center please fill out the Event Technology Request form in detail and send it to angel.requena@sarasotacountyschools.net. If you are going to use your own device, example: laptop, MP3, flash drive or website, you will need to consult with Angel before one week to make sure your device will operate correctly with county securities and firewall. If you would like to try your device before the event please make arrangements with Angel during the day before 2 pm. Day Staff leaves at 3 pm and we do not have night Staff available at this time. If Tech Support is needed after 3 pm please make arrangements with Mike Endee and Angel Requena, additional rates do apply.

Catering:
There are a couple of options if you would like a meal at your event. You may request a meal prepared at your event through the Bistro (Due to classes and school closings the Chef may not be available for all events). If the Chef is not available then you can arrange for a catering service or supply your own meals for your event and request extra tables. The Kitchen facility and all of its contents are STRICTLY OFF LIMITS to outside catering staff, guests and Hosts. Payment of the menu must be received before any Event, this helps purchase the goods needed for meal prep.
