West Conference Room - Wellness Center

Host Your Next Event at The Wellness Center
The Wellness Center offers a versatile setting for corporate meetings, workshops, and private celebrations. Room rentals include fully arranged 5 feet diameter round tables and chairs, ready for your event. Covered parking is also available.

Room Rental

The Wellness Center has three rooms that when combined can accommodate up to 140 people. You may rent:

• One room at the hourly rate (seats up to 30 people),
• Two rooms at twice the hourly rate (seats up to 60 people), or
• All three rooms for three times the hourly rate (seats up to 140 people).

Discounts may be extended to qualifying non-profit organizations.

Additional fees

Custodial Services: A fee of $35.00 per hour will be applied per reservation.  

Event liability insurance is required. You may purchase coverage through Facilitron or submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from your current insurance provider.

Important Guidelines

• All outside food must be approved by the Food Services Supervisor and must either be catered by a licensed caterer or be commercially packaged from a store.
• Kitchen use, including cold and hot food storage, is not permitted for renters.
• Facility access is limited to the reserved start and end times.
• Please note that AV services are not available outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends.
• The use or possession of alcohol, tobacco, and drugs is strictly prohibited on school district premises.
• All event reservations will be reviewed and are subject to approval. Please note that some submissions may not be accepted.

Room rentals include table and chair set up. Both 5 ft. round and 6 ft. banquet tables available.
