Package One: This package grants Lessee use of the Center lobby and exhibition hall. Or, the lessee may rent the Green Room only. One CVUSD employee (as designated by Managing Director) will be on site for event days. A provision of up to 70 chairs in Exhibition Hall will be allowed at no charge. Grand piano included at no charge. Custodial fees are included. Overtime charges for custodian and/or food charges not included (if necessary). Rehearsal rate is 1⁄2 event day rate.
