The Train Depot is an outdoor rental space set beside scenic water views and historical features that reflect the area’s sugar-production heritage. The rental includes the Train Depot, a smaller pavilion with two picnic tables and attached benches, and the grassy area between them—ideal for outdoor events. Please note: the adjacent Amphitheater is not available for rental.

- Smaller lakeside pavilion with 2 picnic tables and attached benches
- Handicap access (to smaller pavilion)
