Description
Request that is only granted for School Concurrency findings if a good faith effort has been displayed by the applicant to move forward with the project or if a delay is caused by the local government. The Applicant shall provide documentation to support a time extension. A one (1) time extension of six (6) months may be granted with the approval of the School Board and applicable jurisdiction. NOTE: Time extensions will not be granted beyond the time frames set forth by the local government in the development order. Time extensions shall be requested prior to a concurrency certificate expiring.
