Resort Private Pool Party (AFTER HOURS)

A day at the Resort at Sienna Springs is a day on vacation — a luxury vacation. The tropical setting of palm trees and lush landscaping transport you to the islands, while the freeform pool is a wonder of water exploration and play. Climb the tower to race down one of two water slides or simply lounge in the beach-entry lagoon. In-the-water features invite imaginative play for young swimmers. Seating poolside or under shade trellises is where you can open your favorite beach read. The Resort at Sienna Springs is where you can staycay all day. Trellis area near beach entry.

Pool Hours are as follows:
Private pool parties (AFTER HOURS) are from 8:30pm-11:00 PM on days when pool is open only
June 2nd through July 24th
CLOSED ON WEDNESDAYS & THURSDAYS
UNAVAILABLE: July 1-4
Pool parties will not be permitted on days the pools are closed.

After Hours/Private Pool Parties

After Hours/Private Pool Parties may be held from 8:30 PM to 11:00 PM only,
and only on days the corresponding pool is open.

Due to prior claims, including litigation related to private pool parties,
the following requirements are mandatory, and no exceptions will be granted.

Insurance Requirement (Mandatory)

The resident listed on the reservation contract must obtain and provide a
liability insurance policy meeting all of the following requirements:

• Minimum $5 million general aggregate liability coverage

• Sienna Residential Association named as Additional Insured

• Sienna Community Association named as Additional Insured

All insurance documentation must be submitted and approved by the

Association’s insurance broker before a reservation request is considered
complete.

The cost of obtaining the required policy is the sole responsibility of the
applicant, PTO, or organizing committee.

Liability Waivers (Mandatory)

A completed liability waiver is required for *every attendee, including all
children and adults.* Waivers will be provided by the Association to the
applicant prior to the event.

Security Requirement (Mandatory)

Security officers are required for all private pool parties. Applicable
security costs will be the responsibility of the applicant.

The Association has established these requirements to protect residents,
guests, and the community, and to manage risk associated with private pool
events.
