Rules & Regulations:
1. Abide by all City and State Laws.
2. The City of Oxnard is not responsible for accidents that may occur at Oxnard Beach.
3. No one is permitted to charge admission, sell, solicit, or conduct any business on Park property.
4. No Alcohol Allowed. If alcohol is discovered the security will be forfeited. City Ordinance 7-125(A) Violation of this ordinance will result in a revocation of this permit and deposit will be lost.
5. Amplified sound (PA Systems/DJs/Speakers) is not allowed in City Parks (City Ordinance 16-476). Groups must not exceed a moderate noise level (City Ordinance 19-60.12).
6. A separate permit is required for the use of inflatable jumpers in City Parks (City Ordinance 11-282(A). Please contact Parks office at 385-7950 for more information. No other equipment or apparatus is allowed.
7. Vehicles are prohibited from driving or parking on Park turf or sidewalks (City Ordinance 8-25(A).
8. No overnight use of Park is allowed.
9. This permit does not grant exclusive use of the Park by the permittee.
10. Must provide appropriate amount of portable restrooms.
11. All trash must be put in trash receptacles.
12. No driving in the Park. No blocking of sidewalk.
Note: In certain instances, a certificate of insurance will be required.
