$400.00 - Reservation Fee
$1,000.00 – Security/Cleaning Deposit (Refundable)
Event end time no later than 1 hour BEFORE 7PM. Area must be completely cleaned and vacated no later than 30 minutes before DUSK FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN A REDUCTION OF THE SECURITY/CLEANING DEPOSIT. Inspection of the park will be done at your arrival time.
If not rescheduling and 30 days' cancellation notice is given, $350.00 refund will be given plus the security deposit. If two weeks' cancellation notice is given, $175.00 refund will be given plus the security deposit. Anything less than two weeks notice, no refund will be given, except the security deposit.
Rules and Regulations
The person to whom this permit is issued shall be responsible for the general conduct of this group and for any damages in connection with this Reservation Form.
1. Abide by all City and State Laws.
2. The City of Oxnard is not responsible for accidents that may occur at College Park.
3. No one is permitted to charge admission, sell, solicit, or conduct any business in College Park.
4. No Alcohol Allowed. If alcohol is discovered the security deposit will be forfeited. (City Ordinance 16-476)
5. Amplified sound (PA systems/DJs/Speakers) is not allowed in a City park. (City Ordinance 11-282)
6. Reservation area hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 1 hour BEFORE DUSK. The area should be left intact and as found prior to the event.
7. Vehicles are prohibited from driving or parking on Park turf or sidewalks. (City Ordinance 8-25 (A).
8. All trash must be put in trash receptacles.
9. An additional permit and fee is required for the use of an inflatable jumper “jolly jumper” at this facility. (City Ordinance 11-282). Jumpers allowed in designated area only. No other equipment or apparatus is allowed without the written approval of the Parks Division. *3 Jolly Jump permits per park allowed - reservation needed.
10. Sports equipment consisting of basketball, volleyball and horseshoes are available for checkout at the beginning of your event. Lost equipment shall be paid for before your deposit is refunded.
11. An inspection of the area shall be performed with a City Parks worker before and after the event. During this inspection the Parks worker will give you a phone number to call for assistance during your event. There is a box below for you to record this number.
12. The cost of repair of any damage/vandalism/graffiti noted during your event will be deducted from your security deposit.
13. The labor cost for cleaning any trash not placed into the proper trash receptacles will be deducted from the cleaning deposit.
14. No mounting of anything with nails, staples or pins.
15. ALL decorations must be completely removed.
16. No structures/equipment of any type, ie: stages, allowed without prior approval.
17. Reservation can be rescheduled within a month of original reservation date (for reasons beyond our control).
