3 hour duration. Only available between 8am and dusk

Deposit will be forfeited if any rules or regulations are violated.

Rules & Regulations:
1. Abide by all City and State Laws.
2. The City of Oxnard is not responsible for accidents that may occur at Central Park.
3. No one is permitted to charge admission, sell, solicit, or conduct any business on Park property.
4. No Alcohol Allowed. If alcohol is discovered the security will be forfeited. (City Ordinance 7-125 (A).
Violation of this ordinance will result in a revocation of this permit and deposit will be lost.
5. Amplified sound (PA Systems/DJs/Speakers) is not allowed in City Parks (City Ordinance 16-476).
Groups must not exceed a moderate noise level (City Ordinance 19-60.12)
6. Vehicles are prohibited from driving or parking on Park turf or sidewalks (City Ordinance 8-25(A).
7. All trash must be put in trash receptacles.
8. This permit does not grant exclusive use of the Park by the permittee.
9. No overnight use of Park is allowed.
10. No driving in the Park. No blocking of sidewalk.
NO JOLLY JUMPS ALLOWED AT THIS LOCATION.
