Description

Built sustainably in 2021, The Piedmont Unified School District Performing Arts Center features the Alan Harvey Theater, a beautiful state-of-the-art theater featuring professional lighting and sound, a generous stage, backstage, and A/V equipment, and a welcoming, light-filled lobby. This is an excellent space for performances and rehearsals, as well as corporate events and seminars.  The Green Room, Conference Room, and Drama Classroom can all be added at an additional cost.  The theater has 446 fixed seats. 

 

Rental Procedures

  1. Review the Terms of Agreement to ensure you can meet insurance and other requirements.

  2. Complete the rental inquiry online at FACILITRON HERE 

  3. Intake call: Theater Coordinator will contact you for a preliminary intake call and to confirm availability.

  4. Consultation: Theater Coordinator/Facilities schedule a one hour on site consultation, walkthrough, and production meeting. There is a $50 non-refundable charge for this consultation. This meeting includes:

    1. Theater, house, lobby, and support area use protocol, restrictions, and house rules.

    2. Discussion and basic documentation of technical requirements for the event.

    3. Staffing, including theater technician and custodial service

  5. User books agreed upon dates, times, and services in Facilitron online and completes/signs the PUSD Facility Rental Agreement.
