• ZERO FEE! No cost for rental space
• NO GENERATORS = NO COST FOR GAS! We only allow plug-in (we will even provide the plug/cord), so you don’t have to run your generator and pay for gas!
• Food truck vendors are able to submit a reservation request a minimum of 10 days ahead of time and up to one month prior.
• Must schedule a MINIMUM of 4-hour time slot
• Please choose a MAXIMUM of 4 days a month. This will ensure we have a good variety, and the residents keep coming out.
• LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Our food truck spaces sit on the shores of beautiful Sawmill Lake, adjacent to the BRAND NEW Sawmill Lake Event Pavilion, with a gorgeous seating area overlooking the lake for residents to sit and enjoy your food!
• FREE PROMO! Trucks will be promoted on Sienna social media outlets!
• MINIMAL COMPETITION! No more than two trucks will be on-site simultaneously!
• Food Truck vendors must accept the license agreement.
• Food Truck spaces are available with an APPROVED reservation request.
• All food trucks must have a Fort Bend County Health Permit, Liability Insurance listing Sienna Associations as additional insured, and a signed waiver to be approved.

Permit Info: A Fort Bend County Health permit (temp or annual) will be required. Temp Permits cost $75, if received by the county 3 days prior to the event. If they receive your permit application within 3 days of the event the cost is $150. If you need a temp permit, take your application along with your payment) to the Fort Bend County Health office (4520 Reading Rd. Rosenberg, TX 77471) They only accept check or cash. Fort Bend County Inspectors may also inspect food truck permits and procedures on the day of the event.
 

Please upload a copy of the Fort Bend County Health Permit and insurance certification to Facilitron a minimum of 10 days before your event. If we have not received the Fort Bend County Health Permit and insurance certification within the 10-day period, we will not be able to give final approval of your food truck reservation.
