About this facility
Description
The West Pearland Community Center Meeting Room is a conference style meeting room that is available as meeting space and private rentals. Upon approval, each reservation will be required to pay the following: $140 damage deposit, $180 custodial fee, hourly fees based on residency/status, and any other applicable fees.
- 14’3” x 19’9” meeting room
- 12 - 72” round tables (84” or larger round table cloths suggested), seats 8 – 9 people
- 17 - 6’ rectangle tables (30” x 72”), seats 6 – 8 people
- Folding mesh chairs
- Kitchen (convection oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator / freezer are included with rental) (Cookware, linens, & utensils are NOT provided.)
