Sawmill Lake Event Pavilion is Sienna’s newest Facility (Opened in March of 2024). Located on Sawmill Lake, the Event Pavilion features the Lakeshore room with a luxury wraparound porch overlooking the lake and the Fountain Board room for executive business meetings. Due to the configuration of Sawmill Lake Event Pavilion, only one event will be permitted on site at a time. Rental of either the Lakeshore room or the Fountain Board room by a resident will prevent any other facilities within Sawmill Lake Event Pavilion from being used at the same time by another resident. This is to ensure that all events can take place without interruption. Please be aware that while this facility may appear to be available, there is a possibility that one of the other rooms within the pavilion has already been booked. In the event that the space is unavailable, your request will either be declined or moved to a different time, date, or location. Lakeshore Room About this Listing: The room is approx. 2905 Sq.
