Redmond High School Performing Arts Center Packages Full Production Package (8-Hour Minimum) Designed for large-scale productions requiring comprehensive support. Includes the full auditorium, stage, wings, lobby, restrooms, dressing rooms, and green room. Staffing: 1 Theater Technician, 1 Lead Technician, 3 Technicians (expandable as needed), 1 Custodial Best For: Musicals, Large dance recitals, major productions, large community events Notes: Full access to sound and lighting systems with operator support. Performance Package (4-Hour Minimum) A complete package for performances needing full stage and support areas. Includes auditorium, stage, wings, lobby, restrooms, two dressing rooms, and the green room. Staffing: 1 Lead Technician, 3 Technicians (sound, lighting, stage), 1 Custodial Best For: Concerts, theatre, assemblies, dance performances Notes: Includes basic microphone and stage lighting operation. Rehearsal / Class Package (4-Hour Minimum) Simplified use of the stage for non-performance activities. Includes optional dressing rooms. Staffing: 1 Theater Technician, 1 Custodial Best For: Theatrical rehearsals, workshops, Theater Labs Notes: No house access or audience seating. Limited technical support. Meeting Package (3-Hour Minimum) Ideal for smaller gatherings. Includes use of the auditorium (house & stage), lobby, and restrooms. A Theater Manager will be on site to oversee the space. Staffing: 1 Theater Technician, 1 Custodial Best For: Meetings, lectures, award ceremonies Notes: Lighting and sound in preset “on” mode.
