Meeting Package (3-Hour Minimum)
This is for simple meetings, presentations, and films only. It includes use of the audience seating area (house), the front area of the stage only (the “apron” and downstage 1/3 of stage area in front of the main curtain), the lobby area and bathrooms closest to the theater.
It does not include use of any backstage areas (including the dressing rooms, all stage areas behind the closed main curtain, or the backstage hallway).
For lighting we will provide a “pre-show” lighting look, a single lighting look during the meeting itself, and then we go back to the “pre-show” look for after the event. No additional light cues are allowed.
For audio we provide use of a lectern microphone and/or a handheld wireless microphone. No other microphones are allowed.
You may use the projection screen for PowerPoint presentations or to show videos. You must provide proof you are licensed to show any films.
We can provide a lectern, 2 tables, and a few chairs. No other equipment is provided during a meeting.
Staffing Includes: 2-3 technicians and custodial support during cleaning and after the rental . Custodial support is provided only after the event for cleanup (minimum of 2.5 hours of custodial time billed). (May change in the future as more custodial staff become available)
Notes: Only our staff is allowed to operate lighting, sound, and rigging equipment. This is a starting rate only; the PAC Manager may decide additional technical staff is required.
Rehearsal / Performance Package (4-Hour Minimum)
This rate is for events such as concerts, live theater, and dance performances. This is a complete package that covers all rehearsal, technical setup, performance, and load out time.
It includes use of the full stage and all support areas: the Auditorium, stage, wings, lobby, restrooms, green room, two dressing rooms, and backstage hallway.
You may use the projection system (not designed for projecting scenery), sound equipment, grand piano and stage lighting.
Staffing Includes: a minimum of 3 technicians (sound, lighting, stage) and custodial support during cleaning and after the rental (minimum 2.5 hours custodial time).
Notes: Only our staff is allowed to operate lighting, sound, and rigging equipment. Note this is a starting rate, the PAC Manager may decide additional technical staff are required.
Onstage/Backstage Capacity not to exceed 75 performers and event staff
