Description
The History Club of Los Gatos offers a warm, inviting setting for weddings and anniversary parties, business off-site meetings and company conferences.
Located in beautiful downtown Los Gatos, our private and beautifully landscaped grounds offer an oasis of calm in our indoor and outdoor spaces. The clean lines of our interior offer you a palette on which to craft your own personal event. And our outdoor garden area is perfect for weddings, parties and family events.
We easily accommodate events seating up to 150 guests inside, with additional outside flexibility. Perfect for smaller groups (20 to 50) needing a calm, quiet place to work, we are an easy walk to restaurants and hotels in Los Gatos.
Our facility has a raised stage with grand piano, large hall with hardwood floors, sound and projection systems, dressing rooms, covered patio, outside bar, beautifully landscaped garden and gazebo to allow you to customize your event.
And because we are a local, community based, non-profit organization, we offer both attractive pricing and the commitment to send net proceeds to local organizations supporting women and children. By choosing us, you become part of our family giving back to the community.
Our goal is to provide an experience that both meets your needs and provides the flexibility to have an event “your way.” Catering is completely up to you - we can help you find one, choose your own, or do it yourself.

CAPACITY
Weekend rentals are 8 hours, including set up, event, breakdown and cleanup. Additional hours may be added.
Seating capacity is 150 indoors, maximum capacity is 200 standing, smaller groups of 20 to 50 work well. Patio dining capacity is 40; ceremonies in the garden can seat 80.
Video projector, sound and other resources are available at a modest cost. Use of the kitchen is included in the rental, as is rental and setup of tables and chairs.
PRICING
Monday - Thursday (4 hr minimum) - $250 per hour
Friday (8 hours) - $1800
Saturday (8 hours) - $2100
Sunday (8 hours) - $1800
OPTIONS
Projection System - $150
Alcohol Served (Other than Wine & Beer) - $350
Hours beyond the 8 hour rental - $250 per hour
Tables & Chairs setup outside - $300
